This is so good! The chocolate creamy oats topped with sweet caramelised bananas and almond butter is a combination of dreams. Come winter or summer this is a breakfast of champions!

Ingredients
75g oats
400ml milk (I use oat milk or almond)
1 tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder but omit honey)
1 tsp honey
For topping:
½ banana
½ tsp coconut oil
1 tsp organic maple syrup
1 tbsp almond butter
Cacao nibs
Method
Heat small frying pan over medium to low heat and add coconut oil. Once melted add in the bananas and maple syrup. Cook until you can smell them caramelising. They should be soft and slightly browned and generally delicious!
In a saucepan add oats, milk and cacao powder and gently warm through until cooked to desired consistency.
Once porridge is cooked remove from heat and add honey and mix and then drizzle the almond butter on top, caramelised banana and a sprinkling of cacao nibs. Enjoy!
