This is great for breakfast or for an afternoon snack. Its thicker than a standard smoothie so that’s why you eat it with a spoon. There is also so many options of what to have with it. In this picture I have added some greek yogurt, homemade granola and sweet baked nuts and seeds. This adds a nice crunch. Adding fresh fruit also works a treat.

Ingredients
250ml almond milk
25og mixed frozen berries
1 banana
1 tbsp nut butter
½ tbsp. honey
3 tbsp acai powder
Method
For this you need a powerful blender. Add all ingredients apart from frozen berries and then as you start whizzing it up slowly add the berries as I find the blender sometimes struggles to get through them when added at the start. Enjoy!
