OMG this banana bread is to die for! It has no bad fats or refined processed sugar and is made with wholemeal flour. When I told my boyfriend it was “healthy” banana bread he wasn’t convinced but when he tried it he loved it! A must try recipe!

Ingredients
75ml coconut oil or rapeseed oil
120ml honey or maple syrup
2 free range eggs
3 mashed ripe bananas
60ml milk
1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
210g wholewheat flour
Method
Mash bananas on bowl
Mix together oil, honey, mashed banana, whisked eggs, milk, vanilla paste, salt and cinnamon.
Fold in flour. At this point you can add anything else you wish, walnuts, cocoa nibs, pecans…
Oil a loaf tin and add mixture. Bake at 165 degrees fan for 55-60 mins, until knife comes out clean from the bread. I always have it slightly squishy in the middle! Enjoy!
