I love these! They keep in the fridge for a good couple of weeks and are super easy to make. I nearly always take them with me to races as they are easy to take around with me and I enjoy them between short training sessions. Also if I have a craving for something sweet these do the trick! The ingredients give them a great texture. There are almost always some in my fridge.
