A great breakfast or healthy snack. Bircher muesli can be kept in the fridge for a few days so a quick breakfast is always available. This one has chia seeds in it, packed full of goodness, especially Omega 3’s which are essential fats that we cannot live without. Try and get the sweetness from raw or natural sugars such as pure maple syrup or raw honey. We should try and limit our sugar intake but raw honey and maple syrup contain minerals that are really good for us!

Ingredients
75g oats
300ml oat/almond milk
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
½ grated pear
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pure maple syrup/raw honey
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and allow to soak for a couple of hours or overnight. Enjoy!
Will keep in the fridge for a few days.
